What is Grabba Leaf?
Grabba Leaf is the name given to a range of our products derived from the natural tobacco leaf. The Grabba Leaf branding includes our flagship Natural Cigar Wraps, Whole Leaf, Gold Edition Cigar Wraps, and more.
All our leaf products are 100% Natural and do not contain any chemicals additives, flavoring or preservatives.
What is so special about Grabba Leaf Products?
Grabba Leaf is proud of attaining and maintaining the high quality of our products, a trait for which we are generally lauded by our customers. Our products are 100 percent natural from the farm to the factory where it is prepared and packaged, and into your hands!
Does Grabba Leaf products contain nicotine?
Tobacco is scientifically known to contain nicotine, so it is therefore logical that Grabba Leaf’s 100 percent natural products will have this substance. Importantly, Grabba Leaf does not use any chemicals or additives to increase nicotine levels
Why is the item I want no longer in stock?
We do our best to keep accurate product availability but sometimes products can fly off the shelves faster than we anticipate. If you have any questions concerning the availability of one of our items, you can reach out to our Grabba Leaf Customer Care representatives.
I cannot find a store that sells my favorite Grabba Leaf. What should I do?
We are currently working our Store Locator. At the moment you may find stores in some cities in CO, DC, FL, MD, PA, and VA. We’ll be adding more stores to the Store Locator as we go. If you have trouble finding our products in your local stores, you may contact us for help or order directly on our online store.
Order & Payment
Is it too late to cancel my order? Can I make a change to my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our Grabba Leaf Support Team within 60 minutes of placing your order. If it’s been more than 60 minutes, we’ll do our best to make the required adjustments and get back to you as soon as possible!
If live support isn’t available, send us an email to online@grabbaleaf.com with your order #, and the changes you’d like to make in your order. Our team will do its best to accommodate changes to your order.
Can I ship it to an address different from my Billing address?
No, as an extra security step to ensure the validity of our orders and prevent fraudulent transactions, we have adopted a Ship to Billing only policy. All orders placed must be shipped to the billing address at the moment.
Shipping & Delivery
How soon will I get my order and what are my shipping options?
We know you’re excited to receive your Grabba Leaf — we are too! It typically takes 1-2 business days to process your order and our warehouse does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Once it ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your order as it makes its way to your home. Depending on where you live, ground shipping takes anywhere between 3-8 business days to arrive to your door.
Express Options: At checkout, orders may ship via expedited service for an additional fee. The fee will vary according to your address and will take 1-3 business days to be delivered. All orders placed by 9AM EST Monday – Friday will process the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 9AM EST Monday – Friday will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that no orders are processed over the weekend. Express shipping will be delivered by our partner carrier – USPS – up to three business days following the date of pick up. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Expedited and express shipping is available within the 48 contiguous U.S. & DC.
Is express shipping option available?
Indeed, they are! At checkout, you will have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for a fee that ranges between $29-$45 depending on your location.
For orders placed by 9AM EST Monday – Friday, your order will be shipped on the same day. If you place an order after 9AM EST Monday – Friday, your order will ship the following business day.
Express Shipping will be delivered by USPS one to three business days following the date of pick up. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you ship everywhere?
Grabba Leaf offers ground shipping to 48 U.S. states, excluding Arizona and Illinois due to legal restrictions, and Puerto Rico. Please note that we require the shipping address to match the billing address. Unfortunately, we do not ship to any locations where the billing and shipping addresses do not match.
International shipping is available; however, orders may be canceled and refunded if the destination country’s regulations prohibit the import of our products.
Express shipping is available within the contiguous United States and Canada. You can select express shipping at checkout for an additional fee. Orders placed by 9AM EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9AM EST will be shipped the next business day. Deliveries via express shipping are handled by USPS and will arrive up to three business days after the shipping date. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Website says my location is not eligible. What can I do?
This message appears if your location falls within an area where we cannot ship due to legal restrictions or mismatched billing and shipping addresses. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match, and note that we currently do not ship to Arizona, Illinois, or international destinations where our products are prohibited
I’m missing some items from my order.
All contents of your order will be included in the same order. If you believe your order has arrived and you are missing items, please let us know!
I received a wrong item or wrong order. What should I do?
Although not common, our staff are only human and we understand such situations could eventually occur. If that’s the case for your order, please rest assured we’ll make it right by you!
Please contact our Grabba Leaf Support Team (Monday to Friday 9am-3pm EST) immediately after your notice your order is wrong. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and assist you in replacing the items that were incorrectly sent. Please note that products that were open/consumed will not be eligible for exchange.
I haven't received my order, what can I do?
All orders ships in 2-5 days after they are placed, and you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once it’s shipped. Regular Ground Shipping takes up to 8 business days and Express Shipping takes up to 3 business days for delivery.
If you have not received your package in the designated delivery time frame, we recommend reaching out to us immediately. You must reach out to us within 30 days from the date of mailing, if the package delivery surpasses the 30, we will be unable to file a claim with the shipping carrier, and therefore we will be unable to help retrieving your order. However, Grabba Leaf reserves the right to accept claims after that time frame.
I have an international order, but the delivery timeframe has surpassed 10 days. What should I do?
Upon entry of our products into the country, International orders can sometimes be held up in customs for inspection or processing which can take up to 30 days from the day it arrived at the USPS facility. Regrettably, we want to inform you that international orders in first class do not guarantee a reliable tracking update.
However, we recommend that you reach out to your local Post office for assistance. They might be able to provide you with more information regarding the inspection and the status of your package if USPS has not notified or updated us.
Return & Exchange
What's your return policy?
After receiving your order, you’ll have a 30 day window to return your order and receive a refund on the products. Please note that only products purchase price is refundable.
Exchanging damaged products:
Grabba Leaf products comes with a Freshness and Quality Guarantee, which means that you can exchange products that are damaged within 30 days after receiving your order if the products you received were damaged. Please note that leaf’s color and/or holes on the leaves don’t make the product eligible for an exchange. All products being replaced must be returned, and are thoroughly inspected by our staff prior to being exchanged.
If you believe you received a damaged product, please reach out to us and our team will assist you through the process. Make sure you don’t throw the leaf away nor consumed, and take pictures of product highlighting the damage and the original packaging.

Grabba Leaf completes age verification to comply with all federal, state and local regulations regarding the promotion, marketing and sale of tobacco products. Federal law states you must be 21+ to purchase and/or consume tobacco products, which means you must be 21+ to access www.grabbaleaf.com
